Tomatoes Al Pesto Recipe

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:
1 Small: lettuce,
2 tbsp: Vinaigrette,
3 tbsp: Pesto,
1 large: Tomato, sliced
Fresh basil leaves, to garnish

Directions:
Toss the inner lettuce leaves in the vinaigrette and put 3-4 leaves
on each plate. Spread some pesto on to each slice of tomato and place
on top of the lettuce. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
