Transylvanian Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
6 Cloves: garlic,
1 large: Onion.,
3 tbsp: Paprika, preferably Szego
1 tbsp: Hot paprika,
2 lbs: Chicken, amount not critical
2: Chicken boullion cubes, optional
2 lbs: Sauerkraut,
4: Potatoes peeled and chunked, (raw) (or more paprika + a shot of tabasco or other heat)
Directions:
Chop garlic and onion. PAM and heat stew pot, add garlic and then
onion. Add paprika When onions cooked, add chicken (1-2 lbs)
Add juice from Sauerkraut and enough water to mostly cover the
chicken (2 cups)
After simmering for 20 minutes, pull out chicken & remove bones.
(Alternatively use boneless chicken or turkey) Add boullion cubes Add
sauerkraut & potatoes Cook for another hour or two.
