Honey-hoisin Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Soy sauce, low-sodium
2 tbsp: Hoisin sauce,
1/3 cup: Honey, oriental or dark
1/4 cup: Tomato sauce,
2 tbsp: Sherry, dry
2 tbsp: Rice wine vinegar,
1 tsp: Five spice powder,
2: Garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2 tbsp: Ginger root, grated fresh
2 small: Chilies, red, dried and crumbled, seeds removed for less heat
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl or blender.
