Honey Mustard-soy Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Honey mustard,
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
6 tbsp: White wine vinegar,
3/4 cup: Vegetable oil,
3 tbsp: Chopped fresh dill, optional
Directions:
Serve this with shredded Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced zucchini and
diced tomatoes, or with any other salad you think it will work in.
IN A MEDIUM-SIZE BOWL, blend the honey mustard, soy sauce and vinegar
until smooth. Whisk in the oil in a slow, steady stream. Add the
dill, if desired. Makes 1 1/2 Cups
