Ingredients:
-Barb Day GWHP32A,
1 package: Yeast,
1/4 tsp: Ginger,
1/4 tsp: Sugar,
2 1/4 cup: Better for Bread flour,
1/2 cup: Wheat flour,
1/4 cup: Pure rich bran,
2 tbsp: Gluten,
1/2 tsp: White pepper,
1/2 cup: Cholesterol-free bacon-flavor chips,
1 tbsp: Onion, dried/minced
1 cup: Blackeyed peas, canned/draine
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 1/2 cup: Very warm water,

Directions:
*Black-Eyed Peas & Bacon Bread Add all ingredients into the pan in the
order listed. Select white bread and push "Start". You can serve this
delightful cholesterol-free, high-fiber bread on NeYears Eve instead
of the traditional bowl of black-eyed peas believed to bring good
