Ingredients:
340 gram: Chopped fresh tomatoes,
1 medium: Potato, diced
1: Carrot, diced
55 gram: Red or white chopped cabbage,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
100 milliliter: Olive oil,
Sea salt,
Black pepper,
Directions:
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Simmer for 30
minutes and add the vegetables, oil and seasoning Cook for 45 - 60
minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve.
