Tuna Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

7 ounce: Italian tuna packed in oil,
1/4 Stick: butter,
2 centiliter: Garlic chopped,
2 tbsp: Fresh chopped parsley,
1/4 cup: White wine,
x Salt and pepper to taste,
28 ounce: Can chopped peeled tomatoes,
Directions:
Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 min, until
golden. Add tuna and cook 5 min. Add tomatoes, wine and parsly, salt
and pepper and cook on low heat 30 min. Serve over cooked, drained
