Tuna & Tomato Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
425 gram: Tin tuna, in springwater
1: Finely chopped onion,
1 tsp: Minced garlic,
1/2 medium: Capsicum diced,
8 medium: Mushrooms sliced,
410 gram: Tin tomatoes chopped,
4 tbsp: Tomato paste,
1 tsp: Mixed herbs,
pn Basil, salt and sugar
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and
mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs,
basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Lastly add the
drained tuna and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
This pasta suace can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
