4: Doz lg. pecans, halved lengthwise, legs
2: Doz lg. pecans, halved crosswise, head
2: Doz caramel candies, body
1 small: RECIPE CHOCOLATE CHIP COATING,
1 cup: Chocolate chips,
2 tbsp: Vegetable shortening,
Directions:
Microwave caramels to soften (not melt) to form turtles. Microwave 2
to 4 minutes until chips soften. Stir well. Use to dip or frost
turtle candies. Makes
