Italian Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Hamburger,
1/2 cup: Sliced mushrooms and liquid,
1 cup: Chopped onion,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1 large: Crushed garlic clove,
1/2 tsp: Basil,
3 1/2 cup: Whole peeled tomatoes,
1 tsp: Salt,
2/3 cup: Tomato paste,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:

Brown ground chuck or hamburger with onion and garlic in large
saucepan. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to break up
tomatoes. Boil gently, uncovered 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve
over hot cooked pasta.
