Ingredients:
- G. Granaroli XBRG76A MM:MK VMXV03A,
1: Deep dish frozen pie crust,
5 large: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Ricotta,
1/2 cup: Grated cheese,
3: Sausage links, skinned, cooked and drained well
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:

Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and
cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or
until center is almost firm.
