Ingredients:
2/3 cup: EDEN Olive Oil,
1/3 cup: EDEN Ume Plum Vinegar,
1: Garlic clove, peeled
1/2: Onion,

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store, tightly
capped, in refrigerator. Add more garlic if desired.
