Jamaican Jerk Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Onion, chopped
1/2 cup: Scallion, chopped
1 tsp: Salt,
4 tsp: Jamaican pimento, allspice
1 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
4: Haba ero peppers, preferred, else Jalape o
1 tsp: Black pepper,
4: Garlic cloves,
2 tbsp: Grated ginger,
2 tbsp: Lime juice,
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1/2 cup: Red wine vinegar,
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Process at high speed for 10 to 15 seconds. Store in a non-reactive
container; this is very corrosive to metals!
