Vermont Spring Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Chicken, 2-1/2to 3 lb, cut up
1/4 cup: Butter, melted
1/2 cup: Maple syrup,
1/2 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Chopped almonds,
2 tsp: Lemon juice,

Directions:
Place chicken pieces in shallow buttered baking dish. Mix remaining
ingredients and pour evenly over chicken. Bake uncovered 50-60
minutes at 4008F. Baste occasionally. Delicious on bed of rice.
