Weight Watchers Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Skim milk,
1 3/4 ounce: Frozen raspberries *,
2 tbsp: Ice cream, low fat
2 tsp: Sweetener,

Directions:
* unsweetened. Any other fruit or berry could be used if frozen and
not in so large pieces.

Put all ingredients in a mixer, you may put away some raspberries for
garnishing. Mix until smooth, pour in a large glass and enjoy!
