White Clam Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1: To 3 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
16 ounce: Canned chopped clams, undrained
1/4 cup: Chopped parsley,
1 tsp: Dried oregano leaves,

Directions:
1. Place oil and garlic, to taste, in a small, heat-resistant,
non-metallic bowl and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes.
2. Remove garlic pieces. 3. Add remaining ingredients and heat,
uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until heated through. Stir
occasionally. 4. Serve over spaghetti.
