Ingredients:

1 1/2 LB LOAF
2 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
3 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tbsp: Dill weed,
2 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Warm water,
3 each: Eggs,
1 cup: Cottage cheese,

1 LB. LOAF
1 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
2 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/4 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Dill weed,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Warm water,
2 each: Eggs,
3/4 cup: Cottage cheese,

Note from book: This is an old family favorite. The cottage cheese (I use
low-fat) gives it a great texture and flavor this is perfect with a salad.
Note: that all-purpose flour is used to maintain the original texture.
NOTE: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 1/2 ts. of yeast for the 1
1/2 lb. loaf.
