Multi-grain Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
3 3/8 cup: Bread flour,
3 T: Whole Wheat flour,
3 T: Soy flour,
3 T: Triticale flour *,
1 1/2 t: Millet flour,
1 1/2 T: Dry milk,
1 1/2 t: Salt,
1 1/2 T: Butter or oil,
1 1/2 t: Cornmeal,
1 1/2 T: Cracked wheat cereal,
3 T: Bran flakes,
1 1/2 t: Flax seeds,
1 1/2 T: Honey,
1 1/2 cup: Water, 12 fl oz
1 1/2 t: Dry yeast,
Directions:
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into pan except water, honey and dry yeast. Add water
and honey on top of dry ingredients. Close lid, place yeast in dispenser
and set for Regular Bake (4 hour mode)
(*) If tricale flour is unavailable, use: _ 1-1/2 T of all purpose flour
and _ 1-2/2 t of rye flour
