Spicy Apple Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 -1/2 lbs: loaf,
1 cup: Plus 1 tb Water,
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine, softened
3 cup: Bread flour,
1/3 cup: Cut up dried apples,
2 tbsp: Dry milk,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 1/2 tsp: Apple pie spice,
2 tsp: Yeast,
1 lbs: loaf,
2/3 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Margarine or butter, softened
2 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Cut up dried apples,
1 tbsp: Dried milk,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tsp: Apple pie spice,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
Directions:
Sweet or Basic/white cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.
Serve with Honey-Peanut Butter Spread
Mix 1 3oz pkg of cream cheese, softened and 2 tb milk until blended. Stir
in 1/4 c crunchy peanut butter and 1 tb honey. Cover and refrigerate any
remaining spread.
Yield 2/3 c spread
