Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf (1) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: , (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 each: egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup: brown sugar,
1/4 cup: onion minced,
1/4 cup: vinegar,
1/4 cup: crushed crackers,
1 tsp: mustard,
1 tsp: salt,
2 lbs: ground beef,
1/4 tsp: pepper,
1 cup: sliced mushrooms,

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining ingredients,
kneading together with hands. Add 1/2 tomato sauce mixture. Put in loaf
pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
