Winter Slaw Recipe

Ingredients:
225 gram: White cabbage, shredded
75 gram: Brussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced,
50 gram: White radish, grated
1 large: Carrot, grated
75 gram: Celeriac peeled & coarsely grated,
3 tbsp: Sunflower seeds,
5 tbsp: Mayonnaise OR garlic mayonnaise,

Directions:
Serves 3-4

Mix all the prepared ingredients together and toss thoroughly in the
mayonnaise. Serve with granary bread.
