Broiled Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Melted butter,
2/3 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Cream,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Shredded coconut or nutmeats,
Directions:
Combine the ingredients and spread over a warm, freshly baked cake.
Place the cake under the broiler until the icing bubbles but watch it
doesnt burn.
