Cherry Yogurt Bread (machine) - Large Loaf Recipe

3/4 cup: Water,
3 cup: White bread flour,
1 1/4 t: Salt,
3/4 cup: Cherries, dried
1/2 cup: Cherry yogurt, low fat
1/4 cup: Applesauce, unsweetened
1 T: Brown sugar,
2 t: Yeast, fast rise of machine or -
3 t: Yeast, active dry

This sweet bread is surprisingly versatile. You can use it in lieu of
raisin bread for French toast, or serve it warm with cream cheese and
honey for a dessert bread. The applesauce and yogurt contribute a
