Strawberry Short Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1: Egg, beaten
1/3 cup: Maple syrup or honey,
1 cup: Low-fat milk or soymilk OR- water,
1 1/4 cup: AM Pancake & Waffle Mix, (Multigrain)
3/4 cup: AM Oat Bran,
1 tsp: Non-alum baking powder,
2 cup: Strawberries, whole
Directions:
Combine liquids then stir in mix, oat bran, and baking powder. Pour
batter into a square oiled cake pan, and bake at 350 F. for 15 to 20
minutes. Place whole strawberries in a saucepan. Stir and cook down
(sweetener may be added if desired). Serve strawberries over individual
slice of cake.
