Fermented Fruit Friendship Lemon Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Yellow cake mix,
3 ounce: Pkg lemon instant pudding,
4 each: Eggs,
2/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 tsp: Orange extract,
1 1/2 cup: Fermented fruit,
From fermented fruit starter,
Recipe,
1 cup: Nuts, chopped
1 cup: Raisins,

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs,
oil and orange extract in a large bowl. Add fruit, nuts and raisins
and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased, floured tube pan and bake 1
hour. Let cook 15 minutes before removing from pan.
