Maple-buttermilk Bread (abm) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: vegetable oil,
3 tbsp: plus 1 tsp. pure maple syrup,
1 cup: water,
2 cup: unbleached white flour,
1 cup: whole-wheat flour,
4 tbsp: powdered buttermilk,
1 tsp: salt,
1 tbsp: yeast,
Directions:
Recipe by: Prevention Cuisine Nov/94 Place all ingredients in the
order listed into the bread machine. Program the machine for basic
bread setting and press start.
Yields: 1 loaf/10 slices.
(All flours are approximate measures. You may use more or less,
depending on the weight and absorbency of your flour.)
