Marshmallow Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
5 1/3 cup: Powdered sugaar,
3 1/2 T: Unflavored gelatin softened,
In a little cold water, then
Add a little boiling water,
To dissolve. Let cool to,
Lukewarm.,
3/4 cup: Clear corn syrup.,
1 1/2 cup: Cold water.,
Vanilla or almond flavoring,
To taste,
Directions:
Beat together until light the above ingredients.
