1 1/4 cup: Water,
2 1/4 cup: White bread flour,
1/2 cup: Wheat bread flour,
2 T: Dry milk,
1 1/2 t: Salt,
2 T: Butter,
1/2 cup: 7 Grain rolled cereal,
3 T: Wheat germ,
2 T: Oat bran,
2 T: Cracked wheat,
2 1/2 T: Honey,
2 t: Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
3 t: Yeast, active dry
