Frosting:,
1 package: Cream cheese, 3 oz
1/4 cup: Butter,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 cup: Powdered sugar,
1/2 tsp: Ginger,

Directions:

Recipe by: Berkshire Seasonings Combine all cake ingredients and pour
into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex pa Combine frosting ingredients
and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
