Sourdough Batter Bread Recipe

Yield: 1 Loaf

Ingredients:
2 cup: Whole wheat starter,
1 T: Raw honey,
1 T: Unrefined oil,
1 tsp: Sea salt,
2 T: Soy flour,
3: To 4 cups whole wheat flour,

Directions:
Feed the starter the night before. Stir all ingredients together
except the flours. Mix dry ingredients and slowly beat into the
batter. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf
pan. Let rise until better is just over tim of pan. Bake 50 minutes
at 350 degrees.
