Black Pepper Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,
1 cup: Margarine,
2 cup: Granulated sugar,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 tsp: Almond extract,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Black pepper,
4 large: Eggs,
1 cup: + 1 Tbsp. flour,
1 cup: Chopped pecans,
1 cup: Chocolate chips,
Powdered sugar,
Directions:
Melt chocolate and margarine in a heavy saucepan or microwave. Pour into
mixing bowl; stir in granulated sugar, vanilla, almond extract, salt and
pepper.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in the cake flour. Add chocolate chips
and nuts. Mix again and pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan lined with foil
and sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake in lower third of 300F oven until toothpick comes out clean, about 45
minutes. While still warm, turn brownies out on rack. Place a cutting
board on top and turn brownies over again. Cut into squares with a thin
knife and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
