Brandied Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
6 tbsp: Butter,
6 tbsp: Hersheys cocoa,
14 ounce: Sweetened condensed milk,
1 1/2 tsp: Brandy extract,

Makes 1 1/2 cups
1. In heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Renove form heat;
add
cocoa, stirring until smooth.
2. Blend in sweetened condensed milk; return to heat, stirring
constantly, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in
brandy extract.
3. If sauce becomes too thick add small amount of water. Serve as
desired
on fruit, cake, or ice cream.
4. VARIATION 3 Tablespoons brandy may be substituted for brandy
extract.
