Beet Ringmold Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Shoestring Beets,
-sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Liquid beet juice, and water
1/8 cup: Cider Vinegar,
1/4 cup: Sugar, (scant)
1 package: Lemon Jello, (3 Oz.)

-sugar sub to equial 1/4 cup,
Directions:
Drain beets and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Put liquid in saucepan with sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over
Lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add beets and mold.
