Blueberry Yogurt Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Yogurt, plain
1/2 cup: Orange juice freshly squeezed,
1 cup: Blueberries, fresh, rinsed
1: Banana, very ripe

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until
smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.

SERVES:4
