Herbed Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: , (4-serving size) JELL-O
-cream cheese),
-Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar-,
1/2 cup: Packed fresh parsley sprigs,
-Free Gelatin,
2 centiliter: Garlic,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Vinegar,
1 cup: Boiling water,
2 tsp: Dill weed,
1 carton: , (16 oz.) 2% lowfat cottage
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
-cheese,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
4 ounce: Neufchatel cheese, (light

Directions:
Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; pour into blender
container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at low speed, scraping
down sides occasionally, 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Pour into
serving bowl. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups or 12
servings.
