Mini Pita Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients:
8: 2" Mini Pita breads,
Garlic butter,
2 ounce: Bacon bits,
1/2 cup: Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.

Place mini pitas on a cookie sheet. Brush with melted garlic butter.
Top with bacon bits and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until
cheese is melted.

Serve as an appetizer for 4 or with a green salad as a light meal for
2.
