1 Egg Butter Spritz Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Butter,
2/3 cup: Sugar,
1 each: Egg,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
2 1/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Baking Powder,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine butter,sugar,egg and flavouring
Heat at medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Add flour, baking
powder and salt, stirring until well combined. Dough can be divided
and tinted, if desired.
If dough is too soft, chill until workable. Force dough through a
cookie press onto an ungreased baking sheet. Decorate with coloured
sugar, cinnamon candies, sprinkles etc.
Bake near centre of the oven for 8-14 minutes until cookies are light
golden around the edges.
