Favorite Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
6 each: Eggs, hard cooked and finely chopped
1 tsp: Minced onion,
3 each: Strips Bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 tsp: Salt, optional
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Prepared mustard,
1/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 cup: Shredded cheddar cheese, 4 oz.
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together first seven ingredients until creamy. Form
into 1 inch balls. Roll in cheese. Cover and refrigerate until
