Spam Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Spam, cubed, 12 oz.
2 t: Sugar,
1/3 cup: Green bell pepper,
1 t: Salt,
1/4 cup: Onion, chopped
1/8 t: Black pepper,
2 T: Butter or margarine,
2 package: Frozen whole kernel corn,
6: Eggs,
-drained thawed, (10 oz.
2 cup: Milk,
-ea.),
1 T: All-purpose flour,
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees F. In a large skillet, saute Spam, bell and onion
in butter until tender. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, sugar,
salt and black pepper. Add spam mixture and corn. Pour into greased 12" x
8" baking dish. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set. Serves 8.
