Ingredients:
1 lbs: Bowtie pasta, cooked, cooled
3 ounce: Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2/3 cup: Ricotta cheese,
2 tbsp: Butter, softened
1/4 cup: Parmesan cheese,
3/4 cup: Frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup: Walnuts, toasted, chopped
1/2 tsp: -salt,
1/2 tsp: -pepper,

Directions:
In serving bowl, combine all ingredients plus 1/4 cup of pasta cooking
water.
