Fresh Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Cored pared diced apples,
1/2 cup: Diced fresh oranges,
1/2 cup: Diced pineapple, fresh or canned
1/4 cup: Green seedless grapes, halved
1/4 cup: Dates, diced
1/2 cup: Diced celery,
Lemon juice,
1/4 cup: Chopped pecans,
Dressing:,
1 1/2 ounce: Fat-free cream cheese,
1 tbsp: Pineapple juice,
1/2 cup: Cool Whip Light,
Directions:
Mix fruits and celery together and sprinkle with a little lemon juice,
tossing to coat. Add nuts. To make dressing beat softened cream cheese with
the pineapple juice, and fold in the Cool Whip Light.
Fruits may be prepared several hours ahead -- dont forget to toss to coat
well with lemon juice. Refrigate dressing (in a seperate container) and
fruits.
Just before serving, toss fruits with enough dressing to moisten. Remaining
dressing keeps for serveral days in refridgerator.
