Kathys Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg,
1 package: Of skinless chicken breasts,
8 ounce: Package of shredded mozarella cheese,
1 Jar: of Ragu Old WOrld style spaghetti sauce,

Directions:
spaghetti noodles some flour or Bisquick or cornflake crumbs with parmesan
cheese, garlic, or whatever you happen to have

(This is a ridiculously free-form recipe)

Whip egg lightly in bowl. Dip Chicken pieces in egg then roll in cornflake
crumb mixture.Fry them to a golden brown, but they need to be done cause
they arent really going to cook any more. Arrange chicken pieces in oven
pan, cover with mozarella cheeseand bake in a 300 (how do you make this
damn thing do a degree sign?)degree oven till the cheese STARTS to turn
Brown on top. Serve over Spaghetti noodles. Looks like an abomination but
tastes great.
