Lean Pesto Linguine Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh linguine,
Lean Pesto (recipe), 6 serv. per pound of fresh pasta

Directions:
In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta until just tender,
2 to 3 minutes. Scoop 1/3 cup of the pasta cooking water out of the pot
and reserve. Drain the pasta and return to the pot.

Add the pesto and the reserved cooking water, and serve.

Per serving: 247 Calories (9% from fat), 9 g pro, 46 g carbo, 2 g fat, 3
mg chol, 171 sodium (pasta cooked in unsalted water)
