Lemony Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Steaks: ,
2 tbsp: Oil,
2 tbsp: Butter, or margarine
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced, or more
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Cracked black pepper,
4 tsp: Lemon juice,
2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
ds Tobasco, optional
1/4 cup: Chopped parsley,

Directions:
Trim fat from steaks;pat dry with towel. Slash edges to prevent curling
(if steaks are thin). In large skillet, combine oil, butter, mustard,
garlic, salt & pepper. Heat until bubbly. Saute steaks for 4-5 min. Turn
and cook until done the way you like em. Remove steaks; keep warm. Into
saucepan, stir lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & Tobasco if used. Pour
over steaks; sprinkle with parsley.

I think adding the lemon juice & Worcestershire directly to the skillet
and combining with the drippings makes a yummier sauce.
