Light And Easy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup: Frozen peas, thawed (8 oz.)
1: Avocado, peeled and pitted
2: Tomatoes, large, peeled, seeded and chopped
2: Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup: Red onion, minced
2 tbsp: Lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp: Chili powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Cumin, ground
1 pinch: Cayenne pepper,

Directions:
IN food processor, puree peas until smooth. In bowl, mash avocado with
fork; add peas, tomatoes, garlic, onion, lemon juice, chili powder, salt,
cumin and cayenne pepper; mix until blended.

Serve with crudites, Belgian endive leaves or baked tortilla chips.
