Stuffed Flank Steak #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Stove Top Flexible Serving,
Stuffing Mix,
1 cup: Boiling water,
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1 1/2 lbs: Flank steak, pounded for
Rolling,
2: Scallions, trimmed
1: Red pepper, seeded and cut
Into strips,
12 ounce: Jar Heinz Homestyle Mushroom,
Gravy,
1/4 cup: Burgundy wine or apple juice,
1: Garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp: Grated Parmesan cheese,
Directions:
Combine Stuffing Mix, water and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon
stuffing on steak, leaving 1-inch border. Add scallions and pepper; then
roll from long edge. Secure with wooden picks. Place seam side down in
baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
OVEN: Bake 1 hr. at 350. Let stand 10 minutes
MICROWAVE: Cover and cook at MEDIUM (50%) 30 minutes, rotating dish
halfway thru cooking. Let stand 5 minutes.
To serve: Slice and serve with sauce from pan or dish.
