1 medium: Onion, chopped
3/4 cup: Scallions, sliced
3: French shallots, chopped
1: Tomato, chopped
2: Bell peppers, chopped
2 tbsp: Parsley, minced
1 lbs: Small scallops,
2 tbsp: Peanut oil,
1 tbsp: Lemon peel, grated
Directions:
In oil, saute garlic, jalapenos, onions, scallions, peppers, shallots and
tomatoes until onions are tender. Add scallops and cook until scallops are
