Greek Peas And Artichokes With Dill Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
-- cut into 1/4ths or 1/8ths,
8: Scallions, sliced
1 cup: Tomato sauce,
6: Garlic cloves, chopped
2 cup: Water,
2 lbs: Green peas, fresh or frozen
2 ounce: Fresh dill,
1 lbs: Artichoke hearts,
Salt,
-- fresh or frozen,
Black pepper,

Directions:
Over medium heat, cook scallions and garlic in olive oil in a large
pot until soft. Add peas, artichoke hearts, tomato sauce, water, and
salt and pepper to taste. Chop dill into 1-inch lengths and add to
peas and artichokes. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about an
hour.
