Mustard Seeds,
Fennel seeds,
Wild onion Seeds,
Fenugreek Seeds,
Directions:
This is a Bengali mixture of 5 spices. There are several possible
combinations, but this is my favourite.
Simply mix together equal parts (a teaspoon of each is plenty).
