Strawberry Muffins #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Milk,
2 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1/3 cup: Butter, melted
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Egg, beaten
1 cup: Rolled oats,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Strawberries, chpd
Directions:
Preheat oven 425 deg. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a
large bowl. Stir in oats and sugar. Set aside. Combine milk,
butter, egg, and vanilla in a small bowl. Stir milk mixture into dry
ingredients until just moistened. Stir in strawberries. Spoon
batter into muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. Bake 15-18 mins or
until lightly browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
